Our Continuous Arm Chair
A
form unique to Colonial American Windsor chairs, our chair is a reasonable
reproduction of the New York-style continuous arm chair dating back to 1792-1796.
The arm / back bow is made of a single piece of select, Maine-grown Red
Oak. This comfortable and elegant chair is impressive on its own or as part
of a set. These chairs have highly sculpted and comfortable seats; nine
long spindles make up the back, which is braced with two additional spindles.
